Competition Period


The Competition commences at 9:00am local time on 28th May 2025 and closes at midnight local time on 10th August, 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Eligible Entrants

The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 14 years or over except employees of Baskin-Robbins and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Entry Mechanic

To enter, entrants must during the competition period perform these actions:

1) Visit stores and collect one of the limited-edition collector cards.

2) Scan the QR code on the back of the card, follow the prompts to unlock the Dragon Puzzle

3) Submit their contact details and in 25 words or less, tell us what their fearsome Viking name would be.

Entry Fee

There is no entry fee to enter this competition (other than the purchase of a Night Fury Dragon Cup. Prices vary by store).

Entry Limit

One entry per prize permitted.

Judging

All eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be judged by a panel of appropriately qualified judges by 31st August, 2025 at the Promoter’s premises to determine winners in the Competition. All eligible entries will be judged on a basis of originality and creative merit.

Total Maximum Major Prize Value

Total maximum value of all the major prize awarded in the Competition is up to AUD $14,000

Major Prize Terms & Conditions

• Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Prize not available during New Zealand or Australian Public or National holiday periods. Not valid 12th December 2025 – 30th January 2026; Not valid 1st – 15th April 2026.
• Prize valid for 12 months from notification of winning.
• Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
• One winner must be over 18 years of age.
• All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Winner must provide bank details for EFT.
• Accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 1 room.
• A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals.
• Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $250 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
• Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
• Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights.

Collector Cards

• There are three standard collector cards available to collect: Gronckle, Hideous Zippleback, Monstrous Nightmare
• Cards issued with the purchase of a Night Fury Cup at participating Baskin-Robbins stores.
• Guests may select their chosen collector card.
• There is one rare, limited edition collector card available to collect: Night Fury
• To collect the rare Night Fury collector card, user is required to:
  • Collect each of the three standard collector cards
  • Physically present these three cards in store AND purchase another Night Fury Cup.
    

Collector Card Terms & Conditions

• Collector cards are only available with the full-price purchase of the Night Fury Cup.
• Collector cards are limited edition and available only while stocks last.
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for cards.
• Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  

Conditions of entry

1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and understands that their social media information and entry may be published across the Baskin-Robbins Australia social media channels.
   
2. The value of each prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion and is based on the recommended retail price. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s).
   
3. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
   
4. The major prize winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prizes can be collected / is delivered.
   
7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
8. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and entry in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
