Competition Period

The Competition commences at 9:00am local time on 17th December 2025 and closes at midnight local time on 29th March, 2026. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Notification & Publication

Information regarding the prize will be sent via email within 28 days of the judging.

Eligible Entrants

The competition is open to residents of Australia who have fulfilled the requirements of these Terms and Conditions ('Eligible Entrants'). Entrants under 14 years must have parent or guardian consent to enter. A parent or guardian may submit an entry on behalf of their child.

Employees, contractors and their immediate families, of the Promoter, their franchisees, agents, or Related Bodies Corporate (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.

Entry Mechanic

To enter, entrants must during the competition period perform these actions:

• Draw an original creature
• Upload a photograph of the drawing to the competition website www.baskinrobbins.com.au/creaturecreations

OR

• Collect an entry form from participating Baskin-Robbins stores and submit the form via the entry box in store.

Entries must include all requested contact details, including a valid email address to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name (or that of their parent/guardian). Incomprehensible, illegible and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

Judging

All eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be judged by a panel of appropriately qualified judges by 30th April 2026 at the Promoter’s premises to determine winners in the Competition. All eligible entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and alignment with the Baskin-Robbins brand.

Winner will be contacted via email within two weeks of judging. The ice cream creation will be publicly announced by 31st July 2026.

Free Ice Cream for a Year

Equates to vouchers that entitles the bearer to 1 x Regular Take Home Pack per week over 52 weeks.

Prizes must be redeemed via the Baskin-Robbins Rewards app.

Any portion of the vouchers that remain unused after the expiry date shall be deemed null and void.

Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

The winners will be notified by email.

Total maximum major prize value is up to AUD $1,274 (RRP as at 9/12/2025).

Prizes must be used in full within 12 months of the date they are awarded and in accordance with applicable terms of use. In the event a winner does not use the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

Intellectual Property

By entering, entrants (or their parent/guardian if under 14) agree that:

All intellectual property rights in the winning design will transfer to the Promoter.

No payment, royalty or other compensation will be payable for use of the winning design beyond the prize specified.

Entrants retain ownership of non-winning entries, but grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce or publish their designs for promotional purposes.

By entering the competition, entrants (or their parent/guardian, if under 14) agree that, if their design is selected as the winning design, all intellectual property rights in the design will transfer to the Promoter, and no payment, royalty or other compensation will be payable beyond the prize specified in these Terms and Conditions.

By entering the competition, entrants (or their parent/guardian, if under 14) agree that, if their design is selected as a shortlist, the shortlisted design, name and age will be published on the competition website.

The Promoter may use computer-generated or other digital technology, including artificial intelligence, to create a stylised or animated version of the shortlisted design for promotional purposes.

Terms Continued:

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and understands that their social media information and entry may be published across Baskin-Robbins Australia social media channels.
• By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.
• The value of each prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion and is based on the recommended retail price. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s).
• The major prize includes a unique, non-transferable opportunity for the winning design to be produced and sold as a product in Baskin-Robbins stores in 2026. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability of the product in any particular store and accepts no liability should the product be unavailable in any location.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delays in the production, release, or availability of the winning product in stores.
• This competition is a game of Skill. The winning entry or entries will be judged on creative merit.
• Entries must be the original work of the entrant. Entries may include a short description, however judging is based on creativity and originality of the drawing.
• The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
• By entering the competition, entrants (or their parent/guardian, if under 14) agree that, if their design is selected as the winning design, all intellectual property rights in the design will transfer to the Promoter, and no payment, royalty or other compensation will be payable beyond the prize specified in these Terms and Conditions
• In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners (and their companions) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
• Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility.
• If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements.
