Competition Period


The Competition commences at 9:00am local time on 29th June 2026 and closes at midnight local time on 6th September, 2026. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Eligible Entrants

The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 14 years or over except employees of Baskin-Robbins and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Entry Mechanic

To enter, entrants must during the competition period perform these actions:

1) Purchase a product from the Spider-Man promotional product range from participating Baskin-Robbins stores and collect one of the competition playing cards.

2) Scan the QR code on the competition playing card, follow the prompts to switch on Spidey Mode and unlock entry form.

3) Submit contact details and in 25 words or less, tell us which ice-cream flavour would Spider-Man save the world for – and why?

Entry Fee

There is no entry fee to enter this competition (other than the purchase of a Spider-Man promotional product. Prices vary by store).

Entry Limit

One entry per prize permitted.

Judging

All eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be judged by a panel of appropriately qualified judges by 4th October, 2026 at the Promoter’s premises to determine winners in the Competition. All eligible entries will be judged on a basis of originality and creative merit.

• Return economy flights from winners nearest capital city to New York City.
• 4 nights shared hotel accommodation.

• $500 Spending money.

Total Maximum Major Prize Value

Total maximum value of all the major prize awarded in the Competition is to the maximum value of AUD $16,240 subject to departure point, dates of travel and currency conversion rates at time of going to print.

Major Prize Terms & Conditions

• Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Prize not available during Australian School holiday or Australian or USA Public or National holiday periods. Not valid 12 December 2026 – 30 January 2027. Not valid 9 March – 30 March 2027. Prize valid for 12 months of notification of winning.
• Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification.
• One winner or guest must be over 18 years of age.
• All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Accommodation is based on 4 people sharing 1 room/apartment. A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check in for incidentals.
• Winner must provide bank details for EFT Transfer.
• Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time, and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be subject to an administration fee of $350 excluding GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
• Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
• Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia. The winner and their travelling companions are responsible for making their way to and from their departing Australian airport.
• Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
• Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
• If you're visiting USA for less than 90 days, you may be eligible for the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) and be able to enter under the Visa Waiver Program. If you're not eligible, you'll need a visa. Each traveller, including children, must have their own ESTA and visa waiver, or visa.
  

Conditions of entry

1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and understands that their social media information and entry may be published across the Baskin-Robbins Australia social media channels.
2. Entrants must use the digital experience safely and responsibly at all times. The Promoter does not encourage or endorse any unsafe, reckless, illegal or dangerous behaviour in connection with participation in this Promotion or use of the digital experience. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring their actions are safe and appropriate for their circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury or other consequences arising from or in connection with an entrant's misuse of, or participation in, the digital experience.
3. Entrants acknowledge that the digital experience requires access to their device's camera to operate as intended. By participating, entrants confirm they have the necessary authority to grant camera access on the device being used and consent to enabling such access for the purposes of the Promotion.
4. The Promoter does not capture, collect or store images or video taken through the digital experience. Only information voluntarily submitted by entrants via the entry form will be collected and stored in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants are responsible for downloading or saving their images before exiting the digital experience. Images that are not downloaded or saved during the session will not be retained by the Promoter, cannot be recovered and will be permanently lost.
5. Where a entrant uploads, shares or tags the Promoter in any photograph, video or other content in connection with this Promotion ("User Content"), the entrant warrants that they are 18 years or older and have obtained all necessary rights, permissions and consents from every identifiable person appearing in the User Content, including the parent or legal guardian of any person under 18 years of age, to share the User Content and permit the Promoter to repost or reshare it on the Promoter's official social media channels.
6. By uploading, sharing or tagging the Promoter in User Content, the entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, reshare and display the User Content on the Promoter's official social media channels in connection with the Promotion and the Promoter's social media activity, without further compensation.
7. Entrants are solely responsible for supervising any minor's participation in the Promotion, including their use of a mobile device and any content shared in connection with the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for monitoring entrants' social media activity or for content shared on third-party platforms.
8. If an entrant, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor appearing in User Content, requests that the Promoter remove the User Content from the Promoter's official social media channels, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to do so within a reasonable timeframe. This does not apply to content that has been shared or reposted by third parties or is otherwise outside the Promoter's control.
9. The value of each prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion and is based on the recommended retail price. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s).
10. The Promotion is intended to be enjoyed fairly by all entrants. The Promoter may, in its discretion, reject or invalidate any entry where it reasonably believes an entrant has attempted to gain an unfair advantage, including by submitting multiple entries through different accounts, identities, email addresses or devices, using automated methods, or otherwise manipulating the Promotion. Only valid entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be accepted.
11. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
12. The major prize winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and entry in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
